Judge approves $1.1 million payment to creditor of former Gitto-owned company
A U.S. Bankruptcy court judge on Thursday approved an approximately $1.1 million payment to the first secured creditor of a company previously owned by Charles N. Gitto Jr., according to court documents. The company, Tradex Corp., served as the landlord for the now-defunct plastics company Gitto Global Corp. of Lunenburg.
